Loads of support for Bafana Bafana is apparent on social network site facebook today ahead of the team's crucial match against France.
A group started purely to rally up support for the team on Tuesday titled "Support Bafana Day" had the support of more than 20 000 facebook members by early this morning. All were people anxious to indicate their support for the national team.
The facebook Official Bafana Bafana Supporters page had well over 66 000 members, with messages of support and encouragement pouring in throughout the day.
"French toast, French fries ... all that is going to be on the menu this afternoon," wrote Sibonelo Thabede.
The sentiment was echoed by numerous others, including Keith Struwig who wrote "Good luck vs France Bafana. Play well. Play good soccer. Enjoy the beautiful game."
Julie Murphy wrote "Blowing our vuvuzelas, wearing our official 46664 Bangle bracelets, and waving our makarabas! Laduuuuuuuuuuuma!".
And from Aurore Svelto: "I'm 100% behind my team Bafana Bafana. Anodlala your best whatever happens. Tshabalala give us loads of ladumas.
I'll play that vuvu all day if necessary. You deserve to shine. Go Bafana."
