The crash, which occurred around 6 am, is currently under investigation by authorities.
Transport department spokesperson, Unathi Binqose, said the crash happened around 6 am when a fully loaded minibus taxi carrying workers from KwaNobuhle towards town allegedly attempted a U-turn directly in front of an oncoming Algoa Bus, which had only the driver on board at the time.
