International management philosopher MK Angajan launched his new transformative book, ‘The Hidden Frequency’, asserting that the goal is a radical transformation, not merely to overwhelm people, particularly business leaders, with more information.
He said the book explores the often-spoken but less practised habits that shape thoughts, emotions, decisions, actions, results, and legacy.
“Beyond strategies, skills, titles, and achievements lies an unseen frequency- your inner state- from which clarity, strength, performance, influence, and peace arise,” he said.
The book, which was launched at the exclusive leadership masterclass at Radisson Blu Hotel in Umhlanga, is set to be a guide to experiencing deep reflection and self-mastery. Moving beyond the standard rhetoric of titles and achievements, the book offers a 30-day journey into self-mastery, purpose, and the inner state that dictates external performance.
The global speaker said in an era defined by social media comparison and mental health struggles, his book argues that our greatest strengths can work against us without clear direction.
He said it was rooted in timeless spiritual wisdom yet applied through a modern lens. Moreover, he said his latest work is not designed to just be read but to be experienced through deep reflection and daily repetition.

“This world doesn’t just need more people; it needs more of you- your ideas, your dreams, your fire,” said Angajan.
The leadership adviser with over 35 years of experience as a leadership advisor said the book will help readers align inner growth with outer achievement to create sustained impact without losing inner peace.
It will further serve as a practical guide for those entering adulthood or navigating leadership roles, providing stepping stones to build a foundation of character over comparison.
“It introduces the concept of the unseen frequency - the quiet, inner state.”
