South African rapper Kwesta (real name Senzo Vilakazi) recently marked a milestone in his relationship with wife, Yolanda Vilakazi, as the pair celebrated 15 years together.
The rapper took to Instagram and shared a nostalgic slideshow video, which features two throwback snaps from their younger days and ended with a current photo of them.
He captioned the post: “Fi5teen🤎. TIME by USOMANDLA (God)🙏🏾. Siyayincega (we are still holding on).”
The pair is one of the admired and loved couples in Mzansi. From showing us their fashion looks whenever they go to events together to expressing love for each other on social media, fans are always in awe.
Even though Kwesta’s wife did not post anything for their relationship anniversary this year, in 2024, the content creator did not hold back.
She wrote a heart-warming caption as they marked 14 years together and even inserted Kwesta’s hit song titled “All My Life.”
“14 years of Umjolo (dating) today with my Man Crush every Monday! 14 years together, 4 years of marriage, a 12-year-old daughter, a 4-year-old & countless laughs, good days, bad days & easy days.
“All in all, I still want to spend the rest of my days with you @kwestadakar. Happy Mjoloversary.”
The couple made their union official in a two-part ceremony, a traditional ceremony in 2018 and then proceeded to have a white wedding in 2019.
They have two daughters together, Khai and Kenya Vilakazi
Throughout their union, Kwesta has always used music to express love for his partner. For his white wedding, he released a song titled “Khethile Khethile”, a wedding song that carries a message of how he has chosen her as his wife.
Their white wedding was featured as a music video for the song.
Fans commented under Kwesta’s post, in awe of how they have been together for such a long time.
“Yhoooo nisuka kude guys!!! (You two come from far),” a fan shared.
“Muthande umuntu wakho, Kwesta (love your partner, Kwesta),” another fan wrote.
