Former Miss SA, Natasha Vermaak, is soaking in the last moments of her pregnancy as she prepares for the arrival of her baby girl.
The media personality shared a post on Instagram with a series of pictures from her beautiful maternity photoshoot, with a heartfelt and deeply personal open letter to her daughter, saying that she is her greatest honour, just weeks before her due date.
“My dearest daughter, you are my first hello to motherhood,” she captioned her post.
Vermaak added that as she steps into motherhood, she promises to become her baby girl’s safest place and shower her with unconditional love.
“With you, I become softer and stronger at the same time. I promise to be your safe place, your loudest cheerleader and the example of love I hope you never settle for less than. You are already my greatest honour,” she wrote.
She recently posted a series of pictures that documented her pregnancy over the past months, and the post included a video capturing an intimate moment of her baby kicking.
“So the waiting game begins. A few weeks left,” she captioned her post.
The 28-year-old announced her pregnancy last October and revealed the baby’s gender in November with her husband, Enrico Vermaak.
The couple was congratulated, and many of the model’s fans shared that they were ecstatic for them as they expanded their family.
Throughout her pregnancy journey, Vermaak has been candid as she kept sharing glimpses of her pregnancy with her fans.
From the beautiful photoshoots, a star-studded baby shower and the honest and raw moments that left her fans emotional, Vermaak shared it all.
She also shared an emotional and raw moment when she found out she was expecting, revealing that after she got married, she wanted to have a baby.
“I knew after we got married, I wanted to start our family. You never know how long it might take, and anyone who knows me personally knows if I plan for something, your gal goes all in,” she shared.
