#AKAwinanga: SAMA-less rapper roasted

Tweeps went crazy when South African rapper Kiernan Forbes (AKA) did not win a single SAMA award in Durban on the weekend.
This comes after the musician had reportedly been dissing a few artists and the mother of his child, DJ Zinhle.
Perhaps the tweeps believe in karma, or they just really enjoy making AKA trend.
After Emteee won the best rap album, tweeps went on to quote DJ Zinhle’s words “Twitter doesn’t care about you.”
AKA, who has over 1 million followers on Twitter, did not get more that 400 000 votes, which is the amount of votes that secured Emtee the award.
The trend of #AKABonanga and even larger #AKAWinanga went on to dominate Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
