1kg hake, cooked and flaked
3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 onions, chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
4 red chillies, chopped
1 cup coriander, chopped
1 tbs jeera seeds
1 tbs salt
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs, plus more for coating
1/2 cup shallots, chopped
1/2 cup mint, chopped

Mix all the ingredients together and shape.
