Nomadic State of Mind launches vegan sandals ahead of spring
While most brands have become sustainable in the past few years, Nomadic State of Mind has been doing it for the past 25 years and this summer, the brand is launching vegan sandals.
Made from recycled materials, these sandals are vegan, colour-fast and designed to last.

Known for their unique feel and style, the sandals are made of rope that is handmade in North Carolina.
“As one of the strongest ropes available, it is colour-fast, machine washable and built to last. By focusing on durability, the company prioritises sustainability – because making something that lasts is the most environmentally responsible choice.
“These sandals are 100% vegan, with no animal products used in the production process.”
And since the brand is all about zero waste, scraps from the ropes are not thrown away. Instead, they use them to make accessories like bags, key rings and rope art.
“Reducing waste is a core value at Nomadic State of Mind. Any scraps from the sandal production are re-purposed into a variety of rope accessories, including handbags, beach bags, key rings, rugs, yoga mats, bottle holders, picnic baskets, dog leashes, rope wall art and hammocks.
