Rachel Kolisi is turning heads and inspiring her Instagram followers as she soaks up the Australian summer.
Since announcing her divorce from Siya Kolisi, Rachel has been channelling her energy into the gym and proudly showing off her toned physique on the beaches of Sydney.
Her nearly 600,000 followers have been treated to glimpses of the family vacation, where she’s enjoying family time and sunshine in Sydney.
In her latest Instagram post, shared on Tuesday, Rachel looks relaxed while applying sunscreen while at the beach.
Captioning the post, she wrote, “Sydney is growing on me. So blessed to be spending a few days with family soaking up joy and lots of love! ❤️”
Her fans were quick to praise her glowing appearance and positivity.

Joining Rachel on the trip are her brother, Joel, and his wife, retired South African Olympic swimmer Tatjana Smith, as well as Siya Kolisi’s sister, Liyema.
The group has also connected with former Samoan rugby star Sailosi Tagicakibau, his wife Hannah, and their children.
From family beach outings to relaxed moments under the Sydney sun, Rachel seems to be moving forward in this new chapter of her life.
However, while Rachel enjoys downtime Down Under, Siya Kolisi’s December schedule is packed.
The rugby icon remains focused on his commitments with the Sharks, who are deep in United Rugby Championship (URC) action. Key fixtures include matches against the Bulls on 21 December and the Stormers on 28 December.
Siya’s dedication to his team likely means Christmas will be spent on home soil, preparing for the Sharks’ next challenges.
